• GPS POI US, LLC will not sell, trade or otherwise intentionally disclose your personal data, including your email address, except required to do so by law.  We may communicate with our customers from time to time, about new products, specials or other business specifically related to this website only.
• Any customer who distributes our files without our permission, in violation of the EULA is not subject to the protection of our privacy policy.  We may disclose customers personal data in violation of our EULA, at our sole discretion, to publicaly document the EULA violation.

Consumer Agreement

• How accurate are these files? The only honest answer is that it depends. A good rule of thumb is that IF you can find a street address in Google Maps, Yahoo Maps or Mapquest then that location should be accurate in our data. IF a street address can not be located in those services, then our data will also get close, but not precisely to the address. The process of assigning a latitude and longitude to a street address requires the geocoding service to know about the existence of that address. When you can't find an address in MapQuest, Google Maps or Yahoo Maps, one of the potential reasons is that the geocoding engine doesn't understand the address, or know it exists yet (a new development for example). When we geocode the address data an accuracy (or assurance level) is returned, telling us how accurate the geocoding results were for each individual address. IN GENERAL, we achieve highest level accuracy (address specific geocoding) on approximately 90% of the data. The remaining 10% is geocoded to something less accurate. The remaining options are street level: the street is found but not the specific address number; or zip+4: the address and street can't be found so the center of the zip code +4 location is used. If you have a specific questions, please contact us. We are assembling publicly available data to you. We cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the data.

Sales Tax

• GPS POI US, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
